Our classes are not taught part-time to supplement home inspections or general contracting, like most of our competition. As a professional seminar business our sole mission is to help our clients prepare for and pass the North Carolina Home Inspector Examination. We are not ‘reluctantly’ training our competition, as many licensed inspectors are doing to supplement their income. Consider this, a licensed home inspector with 20 years experience has not seen the examination in 20 years. Our professional instructor reviews the examination materials on a regular basis, providing you with the most current and up to date information to help you pass your exam.
Our seminars include a comprehensive study guide as well as a reference text that will provide you valuable information to help you achieve your goal. All materials are shipped immediately upon registration to allow for advance preparation.
