• Processing & Handling Time: Our processing time for physical items is 1-3 business days.

• Shipping Methods & Carriers: We us the US Postal Service.  99% of products are shipped via Media Mail, the USPS special service for educational material.

• Shipping Costs: We use flat rates for simplicity. Seminars materials (for home and live) are $12.95 to ship.  For book purchases it is $12.95 for orders up to $150, $28.95 for orders $150.01 to $350, $44.95 for orders $350.01 to $600, $59.95 for orders $600.01 to $1,000, and $75.95 for orders $1000.01 and up.

• Order Tracking: Order tracking is sent after order processing.

• Shipping Restrictions: US addresses only, no APO/FPO addresses.

• Order Cancellation Policy: Order cancellation is available until shipment. After shipment return shipment is required. See our Return Policy.

• Damaged or Lost Items: We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages but may be able to provide assistance. If you recieve a damaged item, or your package is lost, please reach out to us. USPS can also be contacted for support.
